Use your favorite lender or bank, or one in the Gary area (below).
Once you have the financing ready to go, you can select your
property!

2. Pick Your Property!
We will constantly strive to keep the latest offerings available
online as soon as they are completed and rented out, so that you can
choose your favorite single-family home in the Gary area.
When you find the property/properties you want, please note the
address to fill in on your Purchase Agreement. (If there is a
waiting-list at the time you're ready, you will be sent the specs
and pro forma on the next available property to accept or decline).
3. Sign Purchase Agreement:

Once you know which property you want, simply download,
print, fill out and sign the straightforward, 1-page
Purchase Agreement with your information and the
information of the property you're selecting.
2) Sign the Acknowledgement of Disclaimer: As
always I do my utmost to provide the best investments
that will perform well - after all, it's my reputation
at stake when I put my name on a project! |
As with any investment there are
unforeseen factors that can occur. If anything unsatisfactory
occurs, please come to me first to intervene or resolve the issue.
This acknowledgement however, concedes that I cannot be ultimately
responsible for the performance of your investments.

After
completing and signing BOTH of these documents - do one
of the following:
A) Fax them to 952-933-0417 (with a copy of your
earnest money check).
OR
B) Scan and email them to
Alex@GreatInvestmentProperty.com (with a copy of
your earnest money check). |
NOTE: By letting me know when
you are sending your Purchase Agreement and earnest money (with the
above steps) I will make sure that no 2 people are trying to buy the
same-property on the same-day. As always, let me know how I can be
of service or assistance to you during this process...
4. Mail Earnest Money:
Earnest Money Check ($1000) should be made out to Meridian Title and
mailed (along with your original Purchase Agreement) to:
