Use your favorite lender or bank (or ask me for some recommendations). Once you have the financing ready to go, you can select your property!

2. Pick Your Property!

We will constantly strive to keep the latest offerings available online as soon as they are completed and rented out, so that you can choose your favorite Plex or single-family home on the Iron Range.

When you find the property/properties you want, contact me immediately via phone or email and I will send you the necessary paperwork to get things started.

3. Mail Earnest Money:

Your Earnest Money Check (of $1000) should be made out to Northeast Title and mailed to my office.
